Hello my lovelies!
I love to eat, I really really do but I like looking and feeling healthy and beautiful too. One day while I was in the gym running on the treadmill, I caught Bethenny on her show talking about smoothies and how great they can be for your skin, hair and overall wellness. I tried one of these tasty treats this week and thought I would share it with you!
Anti Aging Smoothie (I tried this one)
Ingredients
1 cup blueberries (can also use raspberries or strawberries)
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 banana
1 cup ice
Directions
Add to blender and blend till smooth.
Glowing Skin Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
3 cups of kale
1/2 avocado
1/2 apple
1 cup of ice
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2 mango, diced
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup ice
